Job Summary:

The Senior Skin Therapist will lead the skin therapy team and provide expert-level skin treatments under dermatologist supervision. This role requires advanced clinical skills, in-depth knowledge of skin conditions, and the ability to deliver personalized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer advanced skin treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacials, laser therapies, and anti-aging protocols.
  • Lead and mentor junior skin therapists, providing training and support to ensure high standards of care and clinic protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with dermatologists to align treatment plans with medical diagnoses and patient goals.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain detailed clinical records.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations tailored to their skin health.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards in all treatment areas.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in skin therapy, aesthetic technology, and industry best practices.
  • Support clinic operations by assisting in inventory management and patient scheduling as required.
  • Cross selling and Up selling skin and hair care services

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
  • Certified and licensed skin therapist or esthetician.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic clinic, with demonstrated expertise in advanced skin treatments.
  • Proficiency in operating skin treatment equipment such as lasers, HydraFacial machines, and other devices.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic clinical environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in training and mentoring clinical staff.
  • Knowledge of skin and hair care treatments and protocols.
  • Ability to analyze clinical data and contribute to clinical research or case studies.
