Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

As an SAP CO Consultant at Deloitte, you'll focus on delivering robust, sustainable SAP Controlling solutions that optimize our clients' cost management, enable strategic decision-making, and support operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial performance drivers and design SAP CO processes that create measurable business value.

The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a suite of offerings designed to help clients maximize value from their Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations. By taking a holistic approach—from strategy development to process design and technology enablement—we support clients in overcoming operational challenges and managing key business functions. As organizations pursue digital transformation, these areas become vital in shaping interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. By integrating strategy, operational improvement, implementation, and managed services, we creatively deploy resources and drive innovation, ensuring clients achieve impactful, sustainable results at the speed demanded by today's dynamic market.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3–6 years working with SAP Controlling (CO) modules
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in:
• Product Costing (Discrete, Process, Repetitive Manufacturing)
• Cost Center Accounting
• Cost Element Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Profit Center Accounting
• Activity-Based Costing
• Integration of CO with MM, PP, SD modules
• SAP implementation/support experience in recent ECC or S/4 HANA releases
• Led or participated in Blueprint Workshops specifically focused on SAP CO.
• Expertise in configuring, testing, and supporting SAP CO business processes.
• Ability to write functional specs and provide process documentation.
• Understanding of Support Project Lifecycle and ITIL service management processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and methodologies.

Education:

• A Bachelor/master's degree in engineering

Location:

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

• 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
