Job Title: Bank Operations Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory norms.
  • Manage KYC, documentation, and transaction processing.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and branch reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
