Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test software applications: Design, develop, and execute tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.

  2. Create test plans and cases: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all software functionality.

  3. Identify and report defects: Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

  4. Collaborate with development team: Work closely with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Testing experience: Experience with software testing methodologies and techniques.

  2. Test automation: Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

  3. Defect tracking tools: Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

  4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Agile experience: Experience working in Agile development environments.

  2. Programming skills: Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).

  3. Cloud testing: Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.

  4. Test management tools: Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, TestLink).
