Role Description

We're Hiring – Senior Associate (Accounting & Finance)

We are seeking a
finance professional with 6+ years of experience
to join our team at our
SEZ unit near Cheyyur, Chengalpattu District (Tamil Nadu).
This role is a
work-from-desk opportunity
with
accommodation & food provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Books Closing for Statutory Audit
  – lead the preparation and finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Preparation & maintenance of
  Books of Accounts
  in line with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage
  GST compliance
  – returns, reconciliations, assessments & audits.
• Handle
  Income Tax & TDS filings
  , reconciliations, and coordination with auditors.
• Support in
  Secretarial compliance
  – ROC filings, minutes, and board documentation.
• Prepare & monitor
  Budgets, Variance Analysis, and MIS reporting
  for management.
• Strengthen
  internal controls
  and ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Independently face statutory auditors and handle audit queries with proper documentation & reconciliations.
• Work on accounting software with efficiency (exposure to
  Odoo ERP
  is a plus).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years
  of core accounting & taxation experience.
• Strong expertise in
  statutory audit preparedness and book closure
  .
• Preference for candidates with
  Big4 articleship background
  .
• CA / CMA drop-outs
  with solid practical finance knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good adaptability to work in a
  semi-rural SEZ environment (Cheyyur)
  .
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Odoo preferred).
