Job Title: JCard & jPOS ( Solution Engineer / Technical Architect )

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad / Surat

Experience: 10 yrs

Required Technical Skills:

* 8–15 years of experience in software development, including 4+ years in payment systems.

* Expert-level knowledge of jPOS and ISO8583 message structure.

* Strong Java / J2EE skills with hands-on integration experience.

* Familiar with Q2 framework, transaction manager, and packager configurations.

* Experience with payment switch, POS/ATM, or card management systems (CMS).

* Understanding of EMV, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

* Knowledge of network security, encryption, and key management (HSM) preferred.

* Exposure to Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes a plus.

Key Responsibilities

* Architect and design payment switch solutions using the jPOS framework.

* Define and implement message flow, packager structures, and transaction routing for ISO8583 systems.

* Integrate multiple financial systems — core banking, card management systems, and payment gateways.

* Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for the jPOS development team.

* Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of transaction systems.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams to translate requirements into robust architecture.

* Drive performance tuning, transaction throughput optimization, and fault-tolerant design.
