We're Hiring: Sales & Estimation Engineer

Are you a Mechanical Engineer who loves combining technical expertise with business acumen? Join our team as a Sales & Estimation Engineer and help drive growth by turning client requirements into winning proposals.

What You'll Do

Handle inquiry to order conversion for process equipment/projects

Prepare technical & commercial offers, cost estimation, and quotations

Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors to clarify requirements

Support the sales team in negotiations & proposal presentations

Track inquiries, proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups

What We're Looking For

B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2–6 years of experience in sales/estimation for heavy engineering, fabrication, or process equipment

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and technical specs

Familiar with ASME/IS codes & project documentation

Good communication & negotiation skills
