Fabrication Manager

• Plan, schedule, and supervise fabrication operations for equipment.
• Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure correct fabrication methods and dimensions.
• Allocate resources, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure quality checks at every stage to meet product standards and client requirements.
• Implement and maintain safety practices as per industry and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and assembly teams for smooth workflow and material availability.
• Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and reduce wastage.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain records of production, material usage, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.
