Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled React and Laravel Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. This role requires strong expertise in both frontend ) and backend (Laravel/PHP) technologies, along with experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and productivity in the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about clean code, and excited about working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using (frontend) and Laravel (backend).
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to streamline coding, debugging, and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development and AI-assisted development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with and Laravel.
  • Hands-on experience using AI development tools for coding, testing, or productivity improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel Framework, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend libraries.
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in travel tech or consumer-facing applications.
