As an AI Engineer specialized in Conversational AI & Power Platform, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents and automations that support our consultants in delivering client solutions. You act as the technical backbone of the advisory team, translating business requirements into functional conversational agents and workflows.

Your focus is hands-on development within the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, M365).

You'll make a difference by:

• Design & Build Copilot Studio Agents: Create, configure, and optimize conversational agents (topics, entities, variables, adaptive cards, skills, flows).
• Automate with Power Automate: Develop and maintain workflows to integrate data and processes across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems.
• Data Integration: Connect, map, and transform data from various sources (Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, APIs, Excel, Dynamics 365).
• Custom Connectors & API Integration: Leverage REST APIs and build custom connectors to extend agent and automation capabilities.
• Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve Copilot agents and Power Automate flows for reliability and performance.
• Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with business analysts and consultants to understand use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Provide clear technical documentation and guidance for internal stakeholders.

Your success is grounded in:

• Technical Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, conversation flows, skills, actions).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (standard & premium connectors, flow design, exception handling).
• Solid understanding of Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, connectors).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data models and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) as data sources and automation targets.
• Experience with API integration (REST, JSON, OAuth) and Custom Connectors.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell).

• Understanding of data modeling and transformation for conversational AI scenarios.

• Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions or Logic Apps for advanced scenarios.

• Knowledge of Power Apps development to complement agent capabilities.
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD for Power Platform, Git, Azure DevOps).

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, AI Fundamentals).

• Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant experience in building Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows.
• Background in Power Platform / Microsoft 365 development is strongly preferred.
