About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and student-focused Academic Counselor who can guide prospective learners about our Digital Marketing programs and help them choose the right career path. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for counseling, and basic understanding of digital marketing—this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on Digital Marketing courses offered by the institute.
  • Understand learners' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-ins.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM regularly.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets with team coordination.
  • Participate in promotional and marketing activities when required.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to handle student queries professionally.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Good convincing and presentation skills.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Digital Marketing course certification (preferred but not mandatory).
