What youll do:

  • Lead the design and visual execution of a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to: high-converting landing pages, impactful digital advertisements, comprehensive e-books, engaging infographics, captivating social media graphics, and dynamic email templates.
  • Champion our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Take ownership of the UI/UX design process for various web-based marketing initiatives, ensuring intuitive navigation and an optimal user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to present and iterate on design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user flows.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and technological advancements, continuously pushing the boundaries of our visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Present and articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system and brand guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing assets and web design projects.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Figma is a must.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with practical experience in designing for optimal user journeys.
  • Proven experience in web design, including an understanding of responsive design and front-end design considerations.
  • Advanced expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment is a plus.
