What you'll actually do

  • Untangle messy problems in fleet ops using data and logic
  • Translate numbers into processes and systems that actually work
  • Hustle on ground ops (yes, sometimes real-world action, not just sheets)

Who we're looking for

  • Excellence in ANY form. Top 1% in class? Star debater? National-level athlete? Built a campus startup? Show us you've been exceptional.
  • Comfort with data tools (Excel/Sheets). If not, how to read a number is more important than putting a number. We can coach you on the rest
  • Strong written communication can explain solutions crisply
