Lawn Tennis Coach

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Training

• Conduct tennis coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
• Train members in proper techniques, footwork, strategies, and match play.
• Design structured lesson plans and progression programs for individuals and groups.
• Provide personalized feedback and monitor performance improvement.
• Conduct warm-ups, drills, and cool-down exercises.

Member Engagement

• Maintain a positive and engaging environment during sessions.
• Motivate players and ensure high member satisfaction.
• Organize friendly matches, tournaments, and skill-development activities.

Court & Equipment Management

• Ensure tennis courts, nets, and equipment are in proper condition before sessions.
• Follow club rules for court bookings and member usage.
• Report any damage or maintenance needs to management.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure a safe training environment and follow all safety guidelines.
• Provide immediate support in case of minor injuries and report incidents.
• Maintain discipline and ensure members follow club policies.

Administration & Coordination

• Maintain attendance, progress reports, and coaching records when required.
• Coordinate with management for scheduling, events, and special programs.
• Support promotional activities related to tennis programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
