We are seeking an experienced
Power Platform Developer (PowerApps)
with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise solutions using the
Microsoft Power Platform
. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing
Canvas Apps
,
Model-Driven Apps
, and integrating with
Power Automate
,
Dataverse
,
SharePoint
, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
  • Develop and integrate workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
  • Customize and extend Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service) and/or SharePoint Online.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement security and data governance best practices within Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and third-party APIs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps applications and troubleshoot issues.
  • Write technical documentation and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in application development with at least 4 years in PowerApps and Power Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Power Automate
    , and
    Dataverse
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Power Platform architecture
    ,
    connectors
    , and
    integration patterns
    .
  • Experience in developing custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.
  • Good knowledge of
    SharePoint Online
    ,
    Microsoft Teams
    , and
    Microsoft 365 ecosystem
    .
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of
    Power BI
    ,
    Azure Functions
    , and
    Azure Logic Apps
    is a plus.
  • Experience with governance, ALM, and deployment automation in Power Platform is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or similar certification.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevOps for Power Platform.
