We are a Shopify Design & Development Agency specializing in creating high-performing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized online stores. Our team works with businesses globally to build, customize, and grow Shopify-powered eCommerce brands.

We are looking for a Marketing Expert who can help us expand our client base and generate quality leads through email campaigns, social media management, bidding platforms, and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan, create, and execute professional email campaigns.
  • Manage mailing lists and automation workflows.
  • Track performance and optimize for higher open and conversion rates.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Grow our social media presence and engage with the community.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize posting strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the eCommerce and Shopify niche.
  • Create strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines.

Bidding & Proposal Writing:

  • Place bids on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance/job platforms.
  • Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Perform competitor analysis to understand industry benchmarks, pricing, and positioning.
  • Share insights and recommendations to help improve agency strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing competitors.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with agencies or Shopify/eCommerce clients.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO & content marketing.
