Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, findings, and resolutions
Coordination: Liaise with sales, service, logistics, and workshop teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliver
Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of PDI technicians and washers
Process Management: Develop and refine checklists and procedures for thorough functional and visual inspections
