We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer with strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), specifically within the HCM modules. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business reporting requirements into efficient, scalable, and accurate technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports for HCM modules.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze reporting and data requirements.

- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality reports.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand HCM data structures, models, and relationships.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, data inconsistencies, or performance.

- Ensure reports adhere to best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports and processes.

- Work independently, managing tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development.

- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) environment.

- HCM Module Expertise

- Experience in at least 2- 3 of the following areas : Core HR Payroll Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Absence Management

- Solid understanding of data models, subject areas, and tables used in HCM modules.

- Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) SQL and data analysis skills

- Understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and data relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in troubleshooting
