The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining sales data, ensuring accuracy in reporting, coordinating business intelligence (BI) reports, and supporting performance analysis activities. The role involves working closely with the sales and finance teams to streamline data processes through tools like Excel, Tally, and SFA (Sales Force Application).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update Sales Data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Oversee and maintain SFA (Sales Force Application) data accuracy and functionality.
  • Perform Sales Performance Analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and circulate Sales Reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate and synchronize BI Reports to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Support management with data-driven insights and ad-hoc analytical requirements.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial data using Tally for sales and collection tracking.
  • Create and automate Excel-based reports, pivot tables, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Assist in designing and improving data management systems and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
