IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon is a drone manufacturing company ) and is seeking a passionate and skilled CFD & FEA Engineer to join our Mechanical team in building next-generation UAV parts and its solutions. You will be responsible for the complete modelling testing, and validation while working closely with the design team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a CFD & FEA Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in performing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for drone, UAV, and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in aerodynamics, thermal analysis, structural integrity, and lightweight material optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct CFD simulations for UAV/Drone aerodynamics, including drag, lift, and turbulence.

Perform FEA simulations for structural integrity, and fatigue analysis of UAV components.

Work on thermal analysis (CHT) of avionics, and propulsion systems.

Optimize propeller design, airframes, and enclosures for lightweight and high-performance.

Use ANSYS Fluent, Mechanical, and CFD-Post for post-processing and data analysis.

Validate simulations with experiments.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to improve UAV performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.

• Software Expertise: ANSYS Fluent & Mechanical, NX (preferred).

• CFD Expertise: Aerodynamics, turbulence modeling, multiphase, and thermal simulations.

• FEA Expertise: Structural analysis, fatigue, vibration, modal analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in UAV/Drone projects.

• Good report writing & technical documentation skills.
