we are seeking a versatile and passionate Mid-Level React/Angular Developer to join our team, focusing exclusively on building high-performance, reliable Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and is proficient in creating dynamic, cross-platform user experiences that leverage modern web capabilities like offline access, push notifications, and fast loading times across all devices.

You will be instrumental in transforming our web products into fully immersive, installable applications that bridge the gap between web and native mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features for our flagship Progressive Web Applications using React (with frameworks like ) and/or Angular (with modern features like Signals and standalone components).

  2. PWA Implementation: Own the end-to-end implementation of PWA features, including configuring and managing Service Workers for offline caching, implementing Web App Manifests, and setting up Web Push Notifications.

  3. Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in TypeScript/JavaScript, ensuring comprehensive unit and integration testing coverage.

  4. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, focusing on TTI (Time to Interactive), Lighthouse scores, bundle size optimization, and resource loading.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile form factors.

  6. Maintenance & Upgrades: Participate in code reviews, maintain existing codebases, and stay current with the latest updates in the React, Angular, and PWA ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically focusing on modern single-page applications (SPAs).
  • Core Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise in at least one modern framework (React or Angular), with strong proficiency or familiarity with the other.
  • PWA Proficiency: Proven experience in building, deploying, and optimizing Progressive Web Applications, including hands-on experience with:

o Service Workers for network request interception and caching strategies.

o The Web App Manifest standard.

o Web performance tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest).

  • Languages: Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS techniques (e.g., Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, or SCSS).
  • State Management: Practical experience with modern state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, NgRx, or React Context/Zustand/Signals).
  • Tooling: Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (npm/yarn, Webpack, Vite, or Angular CLI).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing IndexedDB or similar client-side storage for complex offline data scenarios.
  • Familiarity with native mobile integration layers such as Capacitor or Ionic for deploying PWAs to app stores.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing semantic HTML.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
