Job Title: HR Executive

Reporting to: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR-related guidance.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, relieving letters, etc.).
• Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
