Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and walk-ins.
  • Counsel students and parents on available design courses and career opportunities.
  • Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and conversions in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and event leads.
  • Ensure a professional and student-friendly counseling experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (Education or Marketing background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (English and Hindi essential).
  • Confident, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
