Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer located in Chennai. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all biomedical equipment is functional and meets regulatory standards. The role includes working closely with clinical teams to support the daily operations of medical facilities, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting regular equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering skills
- Experience in Medical Equipment maintenance and repair
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare environment is an advantage
