Inviting applications for the role of\: Senior Manager-Network Automation Engineer.
We are looking for candidates with relevant of hands-on experience in Routing/switching and Security, along with a solid understanding of network automation tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing automated network solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. 
Responsibilities

•    Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing and troubleshooting multi-vendor routers, switches, and firewalls.

•    In-depth knowledge & good hands-on expertise (but not limited) of networking protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and SD-WAN.

•    Strong understanding of Linux bridge architecture and its networking implications.

•    Experience in developing, testing, and validating network automation playbooks, with a focus on identifying gaps and expanding automation coverage.

•    Ownership of end-to-end automation solutions, including design, delivery, and test case execution.

•    Responsible for creating business cases, high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD), and comprehensive solution design documentation.

•    Well-versed in firewall configurations, VPN technologies, and implementation of security best practices.

•    Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

•    Participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency.

•    Perform L3-level network support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution & should be willing to work in shifts as and when required.

•    Assist in configuring and managing network devices to ensure optimized performance.

•    Develop and maintain automation scripts for network provisioning and configuration management.

•    Implement and support Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) processes for network devices.

•    Monitor network health, detect anomalies, and assist in automation-driven remediation.

•    Configure and install network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).

•    Ensure network security and compliance with organizational policies.

•    Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.

•    Excellent in customer calls/Meeting/escalation handling & delivery for 24/7 IT operations, able to work on pressure. 

•    Good communication Skills

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited institution in technology with more then 15years of experience or equivalent training
Preferred qualifications    

•    Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

•    Experience in network operations or automation.

•    Solid understanding of routing & switching concepts.

•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•    Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
