Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated 
    API tests
     using 
    Postman
     and 
    RestAssured
    .
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using 
    Java
    ,
    TestNG
    , and 
    Playwright
    .
  • Integrate automated test suites into 
    Jenkins
     pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Monitor test executions, analyze failures, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Log and manage defects using 
    Jira
    , with detailed documentation of issues and reproduction steps.
  • Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and product owners in Agile ceremonies.
  • Use 
    GitHub
     for source control, code reviews, and versioning of automation scripts.
  • Maintain and refactor existing automation code for performance and reliability improvements.
  • Ensure end-to-end test coverage and contribute to improved product quality and release confidence.
