  • Design and review of marshalling cabinets and system cabinets.
  • Handling and verification of power wiring.
  • Understanding project philosophy documents and implementing them in control logic.
  • PLC hardware and software configuration.
  • Developing PLC logic as per approved specifications and client requirements.
  • Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of PLC panels with clients.
  • Commissioning, testing, and modification at site as per client requirements.
  • Troubleshooting PLC programs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Profibus).
