Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets to manage data analysis, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining our business operations and supporting decision-making with accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Create and analyze pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and complex formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, etc.).
  • Track and report key business metrics (sales, stock, purchase, and operational performance).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize business reporting systems.
  • Provide actionable insights for business growth through data analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Commerce, Statistics, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in MIS, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Strong command over Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
  • Knowledge of mathematics/statistics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Gender: Male preferred (but not mandatory)
