Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support smooth service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food & beverage operations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Train, guide, and support F&B staff to maintain service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in planning and execution of F&B promotions and events.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in food & beverage service or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
