More About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data/Business Analyst to manage and optimise our financial data pipelines and reporting processes. This role reports to the head of analytics and will focus on business requirements actively collaborating with, but not restricted to the Finance team. You will also work closely with B2B partners and support financial reporting requirements. Strong expertise in data analysis, automation, and financial reporting is essential.

Your Role in Our Success:
  • Conduct analysis on invoicing data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Set up and maintain data engineering pipelines for different payment partners.
  • Manage reconciliation of transactions and payments across B2B partners.
  • Prepare and manage proof of concepts for optimization and analytics around financial data.
  • Process and prepare data for sales recognition and financial reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc requests, including daily tracker updates, root cause analysis (RCA), inventory management, and financial reports.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Strong experience with Excel, Python, and data automation.
  • Experience in data preparation for financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with e-commerce data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple ad-hoc requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of B2B transactions and finance processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Degree with data analytics and/or data science is a plus.
