Company Description

Established in 2004 in Mumbai, Fujitec India Pvt Limited undertakes the marketing, installation, testing, and commissioning of Fujitec's range of vertical transportation equipment, including elevators, escalators, and autowalks. As a fully owned subsidiary of Fujitec Co., Ltd. Japan, Fujitec India has expanded operations to multiple regions across the country to meet market demands. In 2010, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was set up at Mahindra World City near Chennai, aligning with Fujitec's global production standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Bengaluru. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and autowalks. Daily tasks include troubleshooting any issues, performing field service operations, interacting with customers to address their concerns, and ensuring the scheduled maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine checks and part replacements
  • Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Field Service experience and the capability to work on-site at various locations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to interact with clients and address concerns
  • Dedicated approach to scheduled Maintenance tasks
  • Technical diploma or certificate in a relevant field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Prior experience in the elevator or escalator industry is a plus
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
