Play and recreation: Organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and outings.
Emotional support: Foster a nurturing environment and help children manage emotions.
Household Duties (may vary)
Light housekeeping related to children (e.g., laundry, tidying play areas).
Meal planning and preparation for children.
Transporting children to school, activities, or appointments.
Qualities of a Great Nanny
Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Ability to bond with children and integrate into the family dynamic.
Flexibility to adapt to different parenting styles and household needs.
Optional Requirements
Experience or training in early childhood education.
Background checks and references.
