Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to drive product strategy and enhance the market presence of our oven products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, product development, and market analysis within the appliance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and drive sales growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align product offerings with market demands.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products.
• Sales Support: Provide training and support to sales teams, equipping them with product knowledge and effective selling strategies.
