We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead two Agile teams in delivering technology solutions with high quality.

You will play a key role in facilitating Agile processes and promoting continuous improvement. This position requires a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In this role, you will support teams by managing backlogs, resolving dependencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for two cross-functional Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor teams to enhance performance and embrace Agile values and continuous improvement
  • Guide product owners and teams in backlog refinement and prioritization using techniques like WSJF, MoSCoW, and Kano
  • Identify and help resolve dependencies and risks to reduce delivery impediments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technology leaders to maintain alignment and shared understanding
  • Lead and participate in PI planning and other SAFe events, managing cross-team dependencies within the Agile Release Train
  • Track and analyze team metrics including velocity, burndown, commitments, and flow efficiency to provide actionable insights
  • Foster a culture of open communication, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing
  • Champion continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect, experiment, and adopt best practices
  • Ensure compliance with organizational Agile standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support organizational agility by acting as a change agent for a collaborative and high-trust environment

Requirements

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization techniques
  • Demonstrated skills in dependency and risk management within Agile teams
  • Experience collaborating effectively with diverse business and technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in tracking and interpreting Agile team performance metrics
  • Capability to foster team coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Additional Agile certifications such as ACP, SAFe, CSP
  • Experience with tools like AgilityInsights or Aha
  • Background in wealth management, financial services, or technology-driven financial sectors
