We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing information about programs, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about the school's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.

o Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and campus tours to showcase the school and its offerings.

o Assist applicants in completing their application forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner.

o Review applications and assess eligibility based on established criteria.

o Provide personalized counseling to prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their education.

o Work closely with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure a coordinated approach to admissions and student recruitment.

o Attend recruitment events, fairs, and community outreach activities to promote the school and attract potential students.

o Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and their families in the admissions database.

o Prepare reports and analyze admission trends to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
