Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new franchisees for our fitness & wellness brand.
  • Identify potential franchisee partners through market research, industry trends, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective franchisees to assess their financial stability, business acumen, and commitment to the brand's values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to develop customized solutions for each acquired franchisee.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention across all acquired locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in franchise sales or a related field (franchisee development/acquisition).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with any specialization.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients/franchisees for a similar industry (fitness & wellness preferred).
  • Strong understanding of local markets and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (franchisees, suppliers).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
