Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing and operating industrial plants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Supervise production, maintenance, and quality control activities.

  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Manage plant staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate with management for planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and utilities.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Location: Mansar Nagpur

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
