About the Role:

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
with a minimum of
2+ years of proven experience
in driving measurable results through digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly
result-oriented
, analytical, and hands-on with managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM
    .
  • Conduct in-depth
    keyword research
    to maximize ROI and improve targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Track and report performance metrics regularly to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and keyword research
    .
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented attitude.
