Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Asansol. The Phlebotomist will perform blood collection using expert techniques, assist medical staff with various tasks, and utilize medical terminology effectively in a clinical setting. The role includes preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring the proper identification and handling of samples, and maintaining accurate records of patient data. Providing patient care and maintaining a safe and sterile environment are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection and other Laboratory Skills
• Experience in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Basic understanding of Medicine and patient care
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle medical instruments safely
• Certification in Phlebotomy and/or relevant healthcare qualifications is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in healthcare is a plus
