Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Junior Mechanical Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on
  • experience in operating and maintaining paper cup and paper bag manufacturing machinery.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in machinery operation,
  • troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor paper cup and paper bag manufacturing machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to machinery as required.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure machines operate efficiently, meeting quality and production standards.
  • Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and output.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of experience in operating and maintaining paper product manufacturing
  • machinery (paper cups/paper bags).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
