Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Floor Team Member for our on-site location in Kolkata. The responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting products, providing information about flavors and ingredients, ensuring a high standard of customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store. Additional tasks involve monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification 12th
  • service and communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Basic calculation skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers
  • Attention to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining health and safety standards within the store
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
