Job description
  • Understanding the SAP Landscape architecture and underlying technologies of below applications: ERP Central Component (ECC), Solution Manager, BW, CRM, SRM,GRC etc.
  • Knowledge on Installation , Upgrade and OS/DB Migration is must for this role
  • Worked on old ERP's as well to support the application in day to day activity of customer
  • Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (BRTOOLS).
  • Administer and Knowledge to work on Java Stack
  • Expert in Handling team and leading them as well.
  • Solution Manager Administration knowledge is an Add-on
  • Ability to understand and evaluate the issues 
  • Knowledge of HANA Administration 
  • Knowledge of LIBELLE (System Refresh Tool) is an Add-on
  • Worked on Cloud Technology for any future requirement with Customer is an Add-on
  • Knowledge on Designing the Landscape based on Business requirement
  • System Refresh, Client Copy, TMS, Printer Configuration, Job Scheduling etc.
  • Handling Tickets & Tasks and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs.
  • Work with Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
  • Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
  • Support in multiple testing scenario 
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures.
  • Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success and team player attitude
  • You should get involved in practice reusable component inventory and knowledge management.
