Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in New Delhi. The Interim CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy and implementation. Day-to-day tasks include managing software development projects, overseeing product development, and ensuring that IT strategies align with the organization's goals. The Interim CTO will also work on creating and maintaining architectural decisions that support the company's overall technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development and Product Development
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IT Strategy
- Experience in Architecture and making critical architectural decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
