Key ResponsibilitiesA. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
  • Coordinate between design team, production, procurement, and site teams.
  • Ensure project materials, drawings, and BOQs are available on time.
  • Track project progress and update managers frequently.

B. Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain project documentation: drawings, revisions, client approvals, minutes of meetings, and daily reports.
  • Circulate updated drawings and instructions to production and site teams.
  • Prepare weekly project progress reports and follow-up logs.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, clarifications, and site requirements.

C. Production & Vendor Coordination

  • Follow up with workshop for fabrication updates (wood, veneer, laminate, CNC, polish, metal support, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, installation schedules, and quality checks.
  • Ensure procurement of materials as per priority list and project deadlines.

D. Site Coordination

  • Track site readiness, installation progress, and manpower requirements.
  • Support the site engineer or project manager for site inspections and status reports.
  • Identify delays and escalate issues proactively.

E. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure materials and work meet company quality standards.
  • Track rectifications, snag lists, and ensure timely closure.
  • Follow safety and compliance guidelines at all times.

F. Cost & Budget Support

  • Monitor consumption of materials against BOQ.
  • Assist the project manager with budget tracking and cost control.
  • Maintain records for extra work approvals and variation orders.

3. Skills & QualificationsRequired Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
