Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Engineer - Safety located in Bhagalpur. The Sr Engineer - Safety will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing and conducting training programs related to safety, and working collaboratively with various departments to promote a culture of safety across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Occupational Health, Safety Engineering
  • Experience in developing and conducting Training programs related to safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in safety management and occupational health are a plus
