DescriptionIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Develop System Design including System ArchitecturePerform I/O to Controller AssignmentDefine Software ConceptsDevelop configuration and test guidelinesDefine third party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.)Develop SW library (Logic as well as graphics)Develop project specific SW typicalPerform SW Typical TestDesign & Develop I/O & base control modulesDevelop customized logicDevelop complex logicDevelop graphicsDevelop Third party interface database/modulesDevelop Internal test planPerform Internal testingImplemented Third Party InterfaceDevelop SW FAT planDevelop HW-SW Integration planPerform Integrated testing between SW & HWPerform FAT with customerRaise project issues/risk to Lead Engineer/Project Manager with appropriate mitigation planSupport Lead Engineer as Area/sub-Lead for medium to large projectsAble to lead small team and able to set targets for team membersAble to coach and train resourcesDevelop As Built documentationDeveloped SAT planPerformed SAT at customer locationPerformed Loop checks at sitePerformed Start-up & Commissioning supportImplemented Bus (Profibus/Fieldbus) interfacesTake full ownership of allocated work and direct subordinatesMentor and develop system engineer skillsReady to travel on assignments at various world area locations (Domestic / Global)Prepared Commissioning update reports for customer/internal/managementDeveloped & Maintained commission progress & planning for reporting to higher authoritiesPerformed System handover process to customer & service teamPerformed punch point clearance at siteExpertise is commissioning up to 5000 I/Os for Engineers, up to 10000 I/Os for Sr. Engineers and >10000 I/Os for Lead EngineersExperience in commissioning 3rd party devices like Large Video Screen (LVS), Zone 1 HMIs, CCTV, F&G System and ESD systemsTECHNICAL SKILLSKnowledge of PMO Project execution cycleDCS logic/graphic development & testingKnowledge of Programming LanguagesDCS hardwareKnowledge of various third-party interfaces and integration methodVarious Bus Systems like Field Bus, Profi Bus, ASI Bus, etcKnowledge on Virtualization & Cyber securityKnowledge on Wireless Technologies & Remote sensing NWAbility to recognize and respond to dynamic demandsPragmatic approach to work and work environmentExcellent written and verbal skill Programming languageGood hands on MS Office knowledge specifically, Ms Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio etc.Should be able to work in multi cultural virtual environmentGreat teammateCan work with minimum supervisionFlexible approach to workGood Inter personal skill.Quality Control & AssuranceImplementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as & when required throughout the project.Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer's regulatory guidelinesPractices and promotes First time right approach.Technically follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).Who You Are: You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.For This Role, You Will Need:5-8 years of relevant work experience in the field of process control and automation. DCS/SIS Design experience in Engineering Industry is desired.
