SEO Content Writer - Revenue-Focused Content Strategy

About the job

We are on a mission to increase SEO-driven revenue through compelling, high-impact content. As a Content Writer you will turn search intent into qualified traffic and conversions by crafting persuasive long-form articles, landing-page copy, and micro-copy, testing your work continuously, and refining it based on performance data. You will partner with design, product, and growth teams to ensure every word both engages and converts. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Own the SEO content strategy to drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversion across landing pages, blogs, and resource hubs.
  2. Write and test high-impact copy for homepages, product pages, CTAs, sales pages, and pillar articles.
  3. Develop a messaging framework rooted in user personas, pain points, and competitor analysis.
  4. Optimize content using A/B tests to identify what resonates best with our audience.
  5. Partner with designers and developers to ship search-friendly, high-converting web pages.
  6. Analyze CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, and conversions; iterate copy based on insights.
  7. Collaborate with SEO and paid teams to align messaging with traffic sources.
  8. Craft compelling headlines, taglines, meta descriptions, and product descriptions that improve engagement.
  9. Stay current on consumer psychology and SERP trends to create persuasive, action-driven copy.
  10. Continuously refine the brand voice for a consistent, revenue-focused online presence.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in SEO content writing, website content strategy, or conversion copywriting.
  2. Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions through content optimization.
  3. Expertise in A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
  4. Strong writing and copy-editing skills with an eye for persuasive, action-oriented messaging.
  5. Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, SEO specialists, and performance marketers.
  6. Familiarity with CRO principles and on-page SEO best practices.
  7. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  8. Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is a plus.
