We're Hiring: React + Java Developer (Team Lead)

Location: Pune | Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

CTC: Up to 33 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on React + Java Developer with strong frontend (React – 70%) and backend (Java – 30%) skills. You will lead a small team, build scalable web applications, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers for React + Java projects
  • Develop frontend (TypeScript, Hooks, Tailwind CSS)
  • Build Java backend services (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications on AWS, Vercel, Netlify
  • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time

Must-Have:

  • 9+ years experience in web development
  • Strong frontend experience
  • Hands-on Java backend experience
  • Experience with CI/CD and deployment workflows
  • Team Lead / Tech Lead experience
  • Immediate joiner and willing to relocate to Pune

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of GraphQL
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
