Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GeM Specialist located in Hyderabad. The GeM Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor registrations, and maintaining compliance with government e-marketplace (GeM) guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing products and services, uploading and managing tenders, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform and procurement processes
• Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Relevant experience in IT lifecycle services or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
