Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Analyst Lead to ensure the delivery of

high-quality SaaS products. This role requires hands-on experience in software testing, deep

understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product,

development, and support teams.

As a QA Lead, you will lead test planning, execution, automation (where applicable), and

mentor junior QA members. You will be key to maintaining product reliability and performance

as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for SaaS

applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and support teams to understand

product requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.

Identify, track, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA or similar platforms.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Ensure products meet usability, reliability, and performance benchmarks.

• Lead release readiness by validating build quality in staging and production

environments.

• Continuously improve testing processes and identify areas for automation.

• Mentor junior QA team members and conduct peer reviews of test cases and bugs.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 years of QA experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based product

environments.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with API testing, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools.

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases for validation.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have (Bonus):

Experience with automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite).

ISTQB or other QA certifications.
